The manual was made available promptly. I is a clean scan of the original. I had no problem downloading it. The scan was well centered and cleanly formatted. It is as good a product as can be had without being the original document.

Voor inkoken de ovenstand onderverwarming � gebruiken. Inkookgerei � Voor het inkoken alleen in de handel verkrijgbare glazen inkookpotten van eenzelfde grootte gebruiken.

Glazen potten met een draai- of bajonetsluiting en metalen bakken zijn niet geschikt. Niveaus voor de bakplaat � Voor het inkoken het eerste niveau van de bakplaat gebruiken. Aanwijzingen voor het inkoken � Gebruik voor het inkoken het standaard bakblik. Daarop kunt u maximaal zes glazen inkookpotten met een inhoud van een liter elk plaatsen. � De glazen inkookpotten moeten alle tot op dezelfde hoogte gevuld en met klemmen gesloten worden. � Plaats de glazen inkookpotten zó op het standaard bakblik dat zij elkaar niet aanraken. � Giet ongeveer 1/2 liter water in het bakblik, zodat er voldoende vochtigheid in de oven zal ontstaan. � Zodra de vloeistof in de eerste glazen potten bellen begint te vormen (bij glazen potten van 1-liter na ongeveer 35-60 minuten), de oven uitzetten of de temperatuur naar 100° C terugdraaien (zie tabel).
