Removing and Replacing the Front Endo Housing
1. 2. 3. 4. Remove the rear housing cover, SIM, endo housing as described in the procedures. Using the Torx driver and a T-6 bit, remove the 6 screws shown in Figure 7A. Set the screws aside for reuse. Using the disassembly tool, release the latches along the two sides and on the end of the phone as shown in Figure 7A Carefully separate the rear endo housing from the front endo housing.

Carefully and gently press the front and rear endo housing together until the two parts snap into position. Insert and tighten the 6 screws in the sequence indicated by the arrows in Figure 7A to a torque setting of 2.0 kgf. Do not overtighten.
