This is a great manual. It was easy to read and very accurate. The size of the manual is small so email is no problem. I highly recommend it. The manual is very hard to find other than this website.

PROBLEM Washer will not fill
Is your water turned on? Is the power cord plugged in?
Have you blown a fuse or tripped the circuit breaker?

THE FOLLOWING
Is the power cord firmly plugged into a live circuit with proper voltage? Has a household fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped? Has a time-delay fuse been used? Are both hot and cold water faucets open? Are the water supply hoses kinked? Is the Cycle Control Knob set and pulled out? Is the lid closed? Is the power cord plugged into a live circuit with proper voltage? Has a household fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped? Has a time-delay fuse been used? Washer pauses briefly at different times in each cycle. These pauses are normal. Is the power cord plugged into a live circuit with proper voltage? Has a household fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped? Has a time-delay fuse been used?
