I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

Ausstattung Backofen
Einsatzebenen An beiden Seiten des Backofens befinden sich Einschubgitter mit je 5 Einsatzebenen zum Einschieben des Zubehörs.
Kippsicherung Alle Einschubteile sind gegen ein unbeabsichtigtes vollständiges Herausziehen mit einer Kippsicherung ausgestattet. Beim Einsetzen der Einschubteile muss diese Kippsicherung hinten liegen.

Backofendampfaustritt Der Dampf aus dem Backofen wird unter dem Türgriff ausgeleitet. Betrifft nur Geräte mit Metallfront: Der Dampf aus dem Backofen wird zwischen der Türoberkante und der Bedienblende ausgeleitet. Gebläsenachlauf Das Gebläse schaltet sich automatisch ein, sobald der Backofen in Betrieb genommen wird. Nachdem der Backofen ausgeschaltet wurde, läuft das Gebläse noch weiter, um das Gerät abzukühlen und schaltet sich dann selbständig wieder ab.
