This is a good quality scan of the service manual which includes an assembly diagram, block diagram, schematic, and parts list. Exactly what is needed to repair my KR-V55R receiver.

Response is a little slow- I had to wait 12 hours to receive download link but it says that it may take up to 24hrs.
Manual is old and was not produced in PDF- scanned copy is exellent.

Excellent quality and quickly delivered manuals at a fair price. Great care is taken in the reproduction process. Even photographs and highly detailed drawings are as clear as in the original. That cannot be said for some freelance manual copies I have obtained from the web. If you have exhausted your internet search of technical manuals, try Owner-Manuals.com. If they do not have it, I do not think it exists. Perhaps, if requested, they may be able to find it. Their resources are certainly greater than most. Shopping here certainly beats waiting for months or years for the manual you seek to appear in an internet auction or garage sale.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
[ADJUSTMENTS]
To adjust each service data, please see �SERVICE ADJUSTMENT� on pages 8&9 for entering the service mode , selecting service item and adjusting the service data value.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Do not attempt to adjust the following service adjustments except requiring the readjustments in servicing otherwise it may cause loss of performance and product safety. DRIVE ADJUSTMENT 5. Receive the white raster signal. 6. Select item �03 GRY�. 7. Adjust [R-Drive] and [B-Drive] control to obtain proper white balance by using LEVEL+ or LEVEL - button. a) Select [R-Drive] or [B-Drive] by using the Pv or Pw button. b) Adjust [R-Drive] or [B-Drive] by using the LEVEL+ or LEVEL - button.
+B ADJUSTMENT 1. Receive white raster pattern. 2. Set controls to normal. 3. Connect digital voltmeter to test point TP-B and GND. 4. Adjust voltage to 150 ±0.5V by using VR641 (28�).
RF-AGC ADJUSTMENT 1. Input and tune an RF signal which is VHF ch05 175.25MHz with 63dBuV/75� terminated signal gain. 2. Connect digital voltmeter to test point TP-A and GND. 3. Enter the service mode and select mode �Regular�, and select item �01 AGC�. 4. Press the LEVEL+ or LEVEL - button to adjust voltage to be 3.2Vdc.

FOCUS ADJUSTMENT By using FOCUS VR, adjust focus control for well defined scanning lines.
HORIZONTAL POSITION ADJUSTMENT 1. Receive circular pattern . 2. Enter the service mode and select mode �Image�, item �02 P H-P�. 3. Press the LEVEL+ or LEVEL - button to adjust horizontal centre. HORIZONTAL WIDTH ADJUSTMENT 1. Receive circular pattern and set screen mode to �FULL�. 2. Enter the service mode and select �Image�, and item �06.P H-S�. 3. Press the LEVEL+ or LEVEL - button to adjust the horizontal width.
GREY SCALE ADJUSTMENT CUT-OFF ADJUSTMENT 1. Select AV mode with no signal input. 2. Enter the service mode and select mode �Regular�, item �02�. The horizontal line will appear on the screen. 3. Adjust the Screen VR on the FBT to obtain the one colour to be just visible. 4. By using the buttons 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 on the remote control, adjust the line to be white. The key allocation is as follows; Button No. 1 2 4 5 7 8
