This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

Progressive Scan und 100-Hz Bild Gerätefunktionen
Bei einem normalen 50 Hz-Fernsehgerät wird das Bild in zwei separaten Phasen erzeugt. Beispielsweise werden Abtastzeilen 1, 3 und 5 usw. zuerst ausgefüllt. Nach Abschlu� dieser Phase werden Abtastzeilen 2, 4 und 6 usw. ausgefüllt. Das hei�t, da� nach diesen beiden Phasen alle Zeilen auf Ihrem Fernsehbildschirm (insgesamt 625) ausgefüllt sind und so ein kompletter 'Frame' entsteht. Dieser Vorgang wird dann wiederholt und dabei das Bild erzeugt, das Sie auf dem Bildschirm eines herkömmlichen Fernsehgerätes sehen. Diese Methode ist als Interlace Scan bekannt. Hinweis: bei Ihrem Modell ist ein normales 50 Hz-Bild nicht möglich.

Die progressiv abtastenden (Progressive Scan) Fernsehgeräte von Hitachi denken stets voraus und füllen alle 625 Abtastzeilen auf einmal aus, um einen kompletten Frame herzustellen. Diese progressive Hinzufügung von zusätzlichen Zeilendaten erzeugt ein Bild, das heller und detaillierter als bei herkömmlichen Fernsehgeräten ist, und zeigt das Bild ohne "Zeilenflimmern" an, das häufig mit 50 Hz-Geräten verbunden ist.
Natürliche Abtastung mit 100 Hz
Unsere 100 Hz-Fernsehgeräte verdoppeln - im Vergleich mit einem herkömmlichen 50 Hz-Gerät die Anzahl der Bilder pro Sekunde. Dadurch kommen schärfere, deutlichere, stabilere Gesamtbilder zustande, die flimmerfrei sind. Unsere 100 Hz-Geräte weisen auch Natural Scan-Technologie ("natürliche Abtastung") auf. Dieser Proze� eliminiert das geringfügige Zittern von Bildzeilen, das bei herkömmlichen Fernsehgeräten zu sehen ist, und sorgt für ein felsenfestes Bild, das deutlich und detailliert ist.Zum Umschalten zwischen Progressive Scan und 100 Hz drücken Zum Umschalten zwischen Progressive Scan und 100Hz die (neben dem Titel zu sehende) Taste auf der Fernbedienung betätigen.
