This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

La cuisson traditionnelle
La cuisson se fait par convection naturelle : l�air chaud circule dans le four selon le principe des courants ascendants et descendants. Elle convient à toutes les cuissons. Le préchauffage du four est nécessaire. Comment procéder ? Pour les pâtisseries, les gratins, les terrines, ... 1. Préchauffez le four en plaçant le sélecteur du four sur la position et régulant la température (consultez le guide des cuissons). 2. Enfournez votre plat.

Cuisson à chaleur tournante
Dans ce mode de cuisson, la circulation de l�air chaud à l�intérieur du four est assurée par un ventilateur. Vous pourrez ainsi cuire plusieurs plats en même temps, que vous disposerez sur différents niveaux. 1. Enfournez votre plat au gradin 2. Si vous désirez cuire deux plats en même temps, nous vous conseillons d�utiliser le premier et le troisième gradin en partant du bas. 2. Positionnez le sélecteur sur la position . 3. Positionnez le thermostat sur la température désirée.

Les grillades
1. Préparez la pièce à griller. 2. Placez-la directement sur la grille support de plat. 3. Positionnez le sélecteur sur la position et le thermostat sur la position "9". 4. Glissez la lèchefrite au gradin 1.Versez toujours un peu d'eau dans la lèchefrite. 5. Glissez la grille support de plat au gradin 3 ou 4 suivant l�épaisseur de la pièce à griller. - Préférez le gradin 4 pour les pièces à griller minces (toasts, côtes de porc, saucisses, petits poissons...). - Préférez le gradin 3 pour les pièces à griller épaisses (côte de boeuf, gros poissons, morceaux de poulet). 6. Lorsque la première face est dorée, retournez la pièce sans la piquer pour éviter de lui faire perdre son jus. 7. Faites griller la deuxième face. 8. Salez en fin de cuisson. Le temps de cuisson doit être déterminé par l�épaisseur de la pièce à griller et non par son poids.
