Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

Es folgt eine Beschreibung der einzelnen LCD Monitor Menütasten und Anzeigen:
Abbildung 2-1 1 Stereolautsprecher Kontrolle der 2 Lautsprecher-lautstärk e 3 Softpower-Schalter Betriebszust 4 andsanzeige 5 Funktionstasten PC Audio Stereo-Output. Lautstärke erhöhen � Den Einstellknopf nach rechts drehen. Lautstärke verringern � Den Einstellknopf nach links drehen. Am Softpower-Schalter wird der Monitor ein- und ausgeschaltet. LED in grüner Farbe � Gerät ist EINGESCHALTET. LED in dunkler Farbe � Gerät ist AUSGESCHALTET LED in gelber Farbe � Display ist im �Stromsparmodus�. Mit der linken oder rechten Funktionstaste werden Menüpunkte im OSD (On Screen Display) gewählt. Drücken Sie auf diese Tasten um die OSD Menüeinstellungen zu ändern. Drücken Sie die linke Taste eine Sekunde lang, um die Funktion "Auto Adjustment" (Automatische Einstellung) zu aktivieren. Der Monitorlautsprecher werden automatisch ausgeschaltet wann Sie ein Kopfhörer oder externe Lautsprecher benutzen.

Einstellung des Monitor-Displays
Der Monitor verfügt über vier Funktions-Steuertasten um aus den Funktionen, die im OSD-Menü angezeigt werden auszuwählen, damit wird eine Benutzerfreundliche Ansichtsumgebung geschaffen.
OSD Funktionsmenü
Um auf das OSD Hauptmenü zuzugreifen, Betätigen Sie einfach einen der Funktionsauswahl- Steuerknöpfe und das Menüdiagramm Wird wie unten angezeigt am Bildschirm erscheinen: Halten Sie die Funktionsauswahl- Steuerknöpfe weiterhin gedrückt, um durch die gesamten Menüpunkte zu scrollen. ACHTUNG Die Firmware wurde möglicherweise in die neueste Version aktualisiert, obwohl die Version, die auf allen OSD-Menüs n diesem Handbuch angezeigt wird immer Ver. 1.00 bleibt. 51
