The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

Dieses Gerät ist mit einem abnehmbaren Bedienteil ausgestattet. Bei abgenommenem Bedienteil ist das Autoradio nicht funktionsfähig. Die Sicherheitsanzeige blinkt.

Einsetzen des Bedienteils in das Etui

Kontakte q Schalten Sie die Stromversorgung des Gerätes aus. w Entfernen sie das abnehmbare Bedienteil (a Seite 36.) e Drücken Sie leicht am Knopf des Etuis und öffnen Sie dessen Deckel. Setzen Sie das Bedienteil in das Etui ein und nehmen Sie dieses beim Verlassen des Fahrzeuges mit sich. Vorsicht: ¡Das abnehmbare Bedienteil ist nicht wasserdicht. Setzen Sie es daher niemals Wasser oder übermä�iger 2 Feuchtigkeit aus. ¡Entfernen Sie niemals das abnehmbare Bedienteil während der Fahrt. ¡Legen Sie das abnehmbare Bedienteil niemals auf das Armaturenbrett oder an einen ähnlichen Ort, an dem die Temperatur stark ansteigen kann. Die beiden Pfeile aufeinander ausrichten.

Erinnerungsalarm für das Abnehmen des Bedienteils
Vorsicht: ¡Berühren sie die Kontakte an dem Bedienteil und dem Gerät nicht, da es anderenfalls zu schlechtem elektrischen Kontakt kommen kann. ¡Falls Schmutz oder Fremdmaterial auf die Kontakte gelangt, wischen Sie diese mit einem reinen und trockenen Tuch ab. Dieser Alarm ertönt, um Sie vor dem Verlassen des Fahrzeuges daran zu erinnern, da� das Bedienteil abgenommen werden soll. Diese Funktion ist bei eingeschalteter Sicherheitsanzeige aktiviert.
