I was having a hard time finding the problem with this Mackie 1604 unit. I didn't have a schematic. Went looking on the web and found your site and the price was more then reasonable. Ordered it and within the hour had the manual and within 15 minutes had the unit fixed. Best $4.99 I ever spent. Thank you.

This is a service manual in every sense of the word ( French and German versions of the text are included, as well as English..)
There are explanations of the mechanical and electrical functions, plenty of mechanical drawings, and the needed schematics. The quality of the scanning is excellent - all the component values are clearly legible - and very usefully there are pcb component layouts, so you can find a component on the schematic, and then very quicky pinpoint its physical location on the relevant pcb.
I cannot see how I can give this manual any less than the maximum 5 stars! Great value for money, which will pay for itself immediately. Excellent all round!

5. Turn the SCREEN VR until �MRCR G B� and �MRWDG� are green and those value are about 100. (The incorrect SCREEN Voltage may result that �MRCR G B� and �MRWDG� should be red)
Note 1. When you do not have Toshiba Pattern, follow this method. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Set the TV on the condition that AV mode no signal(black) Enter the �Menu� and set the mode to blue screen off. Enter the �Service Mode�. Select � G2-Adjust�. Set the values as below. IBRM = 220 WDRV = 35 CDL = 220 COLR G B = 150 150 150 6. Turn the SCREEN VR until the value of � MRCR G B� is about 120. Do not mind that the �OSD� Color is red.
s After completing G2-Adjust, follow this procedure. x Enter the �Video Adjust 1�. � Choose any item in menu. (ex. Select �Red Cutoff�) � Change the value of item you select, and recover the value.
For example, when the value of �Red Cutoff� is 127, change the value to 128 and restore the value to 127. If you do not follow this procedure, the picture may be abnormal. For example, when the TV set is on, the picture becames brighter gradually.
