Wow Flutter Check Settings: � Measuring equipment: Wow flutter meter � Test tape: TTA-100 (3KHz) � Test point: PHONES jack (J201) � Adjustment location: SFR of deck C.B section 1) Connect the PHONES jack (J201) of the machine to the wow flutter meter. 2) Set the indicator of the wow flutter meter to the JIS and the mode to W & F (or RMS or UN WTD). 3) Play back the test tape (TTA-100) and confirm that the wow flutter is 0.35 % or less. 10. Head Azimuth Adjustment Settings: � Measuring equipment: Oscilloscope � Test tape: TTA-320 � Test point: PHONES jack (J201) � Adjustment location: Screw for the head azimuth adjustment 1) Connect the channel 1 probe of the oscilloscope to the R ch and the channel 2 probe to the Lch respectively. 2) Set the V mode of the oscilloscope to the ADD mode. 3) Play back the test tape (TTA-320) and adjust the head azimuth using the screw for the head azimuth adjustment so that the waveform of the oscilloscope maximizes. 4) After adjustment, lock the screw with the locking paint (bondlock) (1600B).
