This is a great manual. It was easy to read and very accurate. The size of the manual is small so email is no problem. I highly recommend it. The manual is very hard to find other than this website.
Whilst this is a photo copy, and some of the pages are a little askew, it was all readable and intact. A real bonus finding an old manual for a classic piece of kit that no other site had.
Great stuff.

Set the tape to the point where recording will start. The reverse mode is automatically set to Z. Note that recording will be done on one side of the tape only.
This function allows you to make exact copies of both sides of the original tape, The reverse side of both tapes will start simultaneously as soon as the longer tape has been reversed.

1 Press TAPE DECK 1/2.

Dubbing does not start from a point halfway in the tape. The reverse mode is automatically set to Z). The Dolby NR does not affect recording.
Insert the original tape into deck 1 and the tape to be recorded on into deck 2.
Insert the tapes with the sides to be played back or recorded on facing out from the unit. NR.

To stop dubbing Press 9. To set the Dolby NFI when playing back the dubbed tape Press DOLBY NR and turn Dolby NR on or off to match the original tape.
The tapes are rewound to the beginning of the front sides, and recording starts. To stop dubbing Press s . To set the Dolby NR when playing back the dubbed tape Press DOLBY NR and turn Dolby NR on or off to match the original tape.

Recording does not start, if the erasure prevention tab on either side of the tape is broken off.
