This manual is accurate and of high quality. It is only volume 2 of the service manual. This is schematic, parts lists, and exploded mechanical drawings. The theory of operation and the diss-assembly instructions are in volume 1. The unit can be tricky to dis-assemble portions of so the volume 1 manual can be important. The product description of the manual is accurate but it does not say anything about volume 1 and the image of the front page does clearly say Volume 2.

It has all the information you will need to fix it. The main circuit diagram is only A4 but being a PDF, you can print it to any size - I did it on two sheets of A3 and it didnt lose any detail - just made it readable when pinned up above the bench. I've found the fault, just need to buy some obscure bits to get it going again!
I cant fault the process, I paid for the manual in the morning and it was ready to download by lunch time.

The following geometry adjustments can be carried out. Detailed instructions on how to execute these are given on the following pages Horizontal � Horizontal Shift � E-W Width � Pin Phase � Pin Amp � Upper Corner Amplitude � Lower Corner Symmetry Vertical � Vertical Amplitude � S Correction � Vertical Shift � Vertical Linearity � Vertical angle � Vertical bow
Just in case the TV set requires a full geometries adjustment, please proceed first with Vertical according to the above order, and after that, adjust Horizontal according to the above order. Horizontal Shift Adjust the horizontal shift so that the picture is centred. The effect of this adjustment is shown in figure 2. � When the volume up button is pressed, the picture moves to the left. � When the volume down button is pressed, the picture moves to the right. � Press the stand-by button on the remote control to store. E-W Width Adjust the E-W Width so that 9% over-scan is achieved. The effect of this adjustment is shown in figure 3. � When the volume up button is pressed, horizontal scanning increases. � When the volume down button is pressed, horizontal scanning decreases. � Press the stand-by button on the remote control to store. Pin Phase Adjust the Pin Phase so that the picture is symmetrical top and bottom. The effect of this adjustment is shown in figure 4. � When the volume up button is pressed, side pincushion changes. � When the volume down button is pressed, side pincushion changes. � Press the stand-by button on the remote control to store.
