The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.
Turning the Camera On and Off
Turn the camera on and off using the Power/Mode switch, located on the back of the camera. To turn the camera on in the Capture mode (to take pictures), set the Power/ Mode switch to the position. To turn the camera on in the Review mode (to review captured pictures), set the Power/Mode switch to the position. The green Ready light (next to the viewfinder) and the LCD turn on. A message appears on the LCD for several seconds to indicate which medium (internal memory or a Picture Card) you are accessing. To turn the camera off, set the Power/ Mode switch to OFF. If you are using the batteries for power, and the camera is idle for approximately five minutes, the Auto Power Off function automatically turns the power off. To turn the camera on again, set the Power/Mode switch to OFF and then back to the or position.
