Turns out this was not the manual i was looking for. The concertmate 670 keyboard i have is a "Realistic" model made for Radio Shack and none of the diagrams on the owners manual i received matches up. HOWEVER, I must say the service Owners Manual provides was fast and efficient by being available online. The manual was in good readable condition and easily downloaded.

Utilisation du répertoire téléphonique
Pour gérer vos contacts. Chaque combiné possède son propre répertoire téléphonique.
Consultation du répertoire téléphonique
Votre répertoire peut mémoriser jusqu�à 30 entrées. Chaque entrée peut contenir, au maximum, un nom de huit caractères et un numéro de 20 chiffres. 1. 2. Appuyer sur la touche PHONEBOOK. Appuyer sur la touche HAUT/BAS pour naviguer parmi les entrées. On peut aussi appuyer sur la touche correspondant à la première lettre du nom recherché pour accéder directement au premier nom de la liste commençant par cette lettre.
