The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

Leistungsregulierung:
Leistungsregulierung-Drehregler* Mit der elektronischen Leistungsregulierung kann die Saugleistung der jeweiligen Saugsituation angepa�t werden.
Wechsel des Papierfilters Der Wechsel des Papierfilters ist erforderlich, wenn bei eingeschaltetem Gerät auf höchster Saugstufe und vom Boden abgehobener Düse das Sichtfenster der Filterwechselanzeige vollkommen rot ausgefüllt ist. Auch wenn dann der Papierfilter nicht gefüllt erscheint, so sollte ein Wechsel des Filters erfolgen, da bereits durch Feinstaub die Poren der Filteroberfläche verstopft sind.
Leistungsregulierung � Nebenluftregler* Mit dem Regler am Griff können Sie die eingestellte Saugleistung verringern, z. B. beim Saugen leichter Teile (Gardinen, Brücken). Je weiter Sie den Regler öffnen, desto geringer wird die Saugkraft der Düse
Durch Drücken der Taste lä�t sich der Deckel öffnen und bis zum Einrasten aufklappen.
Hygienischer Filterwechsel: Bei Entnahme der vollen Filtertüte ziehen Sie an der Verschlu�lasche die �ffnung automatisch zu, Dabei müssen Sie den leichten Widerstand beim Ziehen überwinden.
