This scanned manual is well done in that most all the pages except for one is straight and clear- the way I would do them. One page was upside down but that happens. For the money that is charged on this site you get a pretty good deal. Now with complex repairs, I still prefer to us paper manuals which I have to buy at stereomanuals but the one I got here was much less than the $45 he was charging but this is a larger than normal manual for three different units. I am a picky manual user because I have used original manuals from Sony and Teac.

I used it to repair a NAD 7030, but unfortunately, the 7045 is different !

7.1.3 TROUBLE SHOOTING � For RLTXJ only
When set Voltage selector to 120V in the RLTXJ model and had supplied voltage doubler (240V) wrong, and power did not enter normal.
Start
A
Does a primary side fuse (FU1: ACIN assy) blow out? No
Yes
Replace the fuse.
B
Remove the two connectors (CN104 and CN105) from the POWER Assy.
Turn the power ON
Yes
Are the following voltages normal? No
� CN104 - pin 5: +15V, pin 6: -15V � CN105 - pin 5: +15V, pin 6: -15V
C
Are the protector ICs (IC119. IC120, IC112, IC113, IC122-IC125) on the POWER Assy broken? No
Yes
Replace the ICs of the same rating.
Replace the diodes D117-D120 and IC101 on the POWER Assy.

No
Are the following voltages normal? Yes
� CN104 - pin 5: +15V, pin 6: -15V � CN105 - pin 5: +15V, pin 6: -15V
Connect the two connectors (CN104 and CN105) on the POWER Assy from the BUS1 and BUS2 Assys.

Turn the power ON
