This was a very hard to find manual. The unit is long discontinued and Pioneer doesn't retain every manual for every model. Thanks owner's-manual.com!

I'm so glad I was able to find a site to download my missing manuals. Very reasonable prices and they kept me informed about the process and I had my manual within less than a day. The only thing I wish was an option is a 100% English version with no spanish or anything. But overall great site.

The manual is complete with excellent quality! One suggestion, show number of pages and weather it is multi-lingual. The AD 600 Manuel is about 76 pages and over half is non English. This results in a larger print job than usually needed. Having this information, one could select the desired pages for printing.

The television has an S-VIDEO IN terminal and COMPONENT VIDEO IN terminals. Which should I connect with? Is my TV progressive output compatible? �You cannot play back multi-channel sound on this unit without other equipment. You must connect this unit with an optical digital audio cable to an amplifier with a built-in Dolby Digital or DTS decoder. �You cannot directly connect to the unit. Connect through the amplifier, TV, etc. �The output picture quality increases in the following order: VIDEO IN terminal � S-VIDEO IN terminal � COMPONENT VIDEO IN terminals. �All Panasonic TVs that have 480p input terminals are compatible. Can I play DVD-Video bought in another country? Can a DVD-Video that does not have a region number be played? What are the constraints regarding DVD-R, DVD-R DL, DVD-RW, +R, +R DL, and +RW compatibility with the unit? �You can play them if the video standard is NTSC. �However, you cannot play DVD-Video if its region number does not include �1� or �ALL�. �Discs either without region number or region number �1� or �ALL� will not play on this unit. �The unit records and plays DVD-R, DVD-R DL, DVD-RW (DVD-Video format), +R, +R DL, and +RW, and plays DVD-RW (DVD Video Recording format). �The unit also records and plays high speed recording compatible discs. �After recording but before finalizing these discs (except +RW disc): �You may not be able to play and record discs on this unit after recording them on other Panasonic products or other manufacturers� equipment. �You may not be able to play and record discs on other equipment after recording them on this unit. �After finalizing the disc, however, you will be able to play it on any DVD-Video compatible player. What are the constraints regarding CD-R and CD-RW compatibility with the unit? �This unit plays CD-R/CD-RW discs which have been recorded in one of the following standards: CD-DA, MP3 and still pictures (JPEG).
