The service manual was very usable and clear enough to see the individual values of all of the components (unlike some of the service manuals I have gotten in the past from web sites similar to this one). The price was right and the information was greatly appreciated. It helped me with an otherwise very difficult repair. It was much needed and appreciated. 1-3-2. Search Dial Block Replacement
1. Remove the four screws (PWH3 x 8). 2. Remove the two hooks, then remove the search dial bracket.

1-3-3. Fuse Replacement
The PSW-38 board and SCS-21 board mount the fuse. The fuse blows when an overcurrent flows in equipment under abnormal conditions. n Use the fuse described below in replacement. Remove a foreign substance in the unit that causes a short-circuit before replacing the fuse. Be sure to turn off the power switch before replacing the fuse.

Housing (upper) assembly
(PSW-38 board) 1. Remove the housing (upper) assembly referring to 1-31, �Cabinet Removal�. 2. Remove the fuse (s) from the fuse holder (s) and replace it (them) with the new fuse (s).

3. Remove the rubber knob. Remove the screw (K2.6 x 6), then remove the search dial knob. 4. Remove the blind plate. 5. Remove the three screws (BVTP3 x 8), then remove the search dial block. 6. Install a new search dial block in the reverse procedures of removal.
