Good pdf of the service manual for this unit. Includes disassembly instructions, full schematics, board layouts, parts lists and diagnostic information. Some information is in the pdf twice (single pages, and split pages), but that could be how it was originally generated by panasonic, or perhaps the idea is to make it eaiser to put onto 8.5 x 11" pages.
Information was exactly what I needed. Delivery was overnight (less than 12 hours) and I was happy with the process.

Symptom Digital zoom does not function.
The image is too dark.
The image is too bright.
The image is monochrome (black and white). Vertical streaks appear � The smear phenomenon is occurring. when you are shooting a very bright subject. You cannot shoot images. � No �Memory Stick� is inserted. � The capacity of the �Memory Stick� is insufficient. � The write-protect switch on the �Memory Stick� is set to the LOCK position. � You cannot shoot while the flash is charging. � The mode dial is not set to or SCN while shooting a still image. � The mode dial is not set to when shooting a movie. Cannot shoot images with � The mode dial is set to , SET UP, or . the flash. � The flash is set to (No flash). � When shooting still images, Scene selection is set to the Twilight mode.
Cause � You cannot zoom while shooting a movie (MPEG movie). � [DIGITAL ZOOM] is set to [OFF] in the SET UP setting. � The LCD screen is OFF. � You are shooting a subject with a light source behind the subject. � The brightness of the LCD screen is too low. � [POWER SAVE] is set to [ON]. � You are shooting under a spotlight in a dark location, like stage lighting. � The LCD screen is too bright. � [PFX] (P. EFFECT) is set to [B&W].
