Very quality copy of original service manual, which contains the circuit diagrams, PCB and lists of components, well as recommendation for calibration procedures of device, also everything else, that need for repair, tuning and use this oscilloscope.
All presented copies have high-resolution, so you can view all in detail.
This manual will very useful for simple owners and for repairers.
I recommend these manual, because myself is owner of Philips PM3216 and I need sometimes servicing these oscilloscope (principally calibrating).
Also, these document is an example of excellent design of technical documentation.

The following is a summary of all the sections for understanding the contents of this manual. Section 13 Spare Parts and Optional Fixtures Describes the all service parts of the unit. Section 14 Semiconductor Pin Assignments Shows the external dimensions of the semiconductors used, and describes outllines of the function blocks and pin names of the ICs. Section 15 Block Diagrams Illustrates the block diagrams which show each board function and signal flow. Section 16 Schematic diagrams Shows the schematic diagrams of all circuit boards. Section 17 Board Layouts Shows the board layouts of all circuit boards.
