The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.
Mise en mé moire des pré sé lections
On peut entrer en mé moire jusqu�à 15 stations en FM et 10 stations en AM (GO) pour le DT-210 (10 stations sur chaque gamme AM/FM/TV pour le DT-210V et 10 F stations sur chaque gamme AM(PO)/FM/ LW pour le DT-210L). 1. Accorder la station dé siré e d�une des maniè res d�accord dé crites pré cé demment. 2. Pour entrer en mé moire une station, appuyer sur la touche MEMO, M et l; emplacement de mé moire suggé ré vont clignoter à l�é cran d�affichage. Appuyer de nouveau sur la touche MEMO pour terminer la mise en mé moire de la pré sé lection. Pendant que M et l�emplacement de mé moire suggé ré clignotent, vous pouvez utiliser les touches d�accord croissant ou dé croissant pour changer le numé ro de mé moire dé siré puis appuyer de nouveau sur MEMO pour terminer la mise en mé moire de la pré sé lection.
