I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

AUTO-ADJUST Wenn Sie im Hauptmenii AUTO-ADJUST wlihlen, erscheint das folgende Fenster. Jetzt kijnnen Sie wlhlen, ob Sie eine automatische Einstellung durchftihren wollen oder nicht.
Wahlen Sie ein geeignetes Bild ftir den automatischen Einstellungsvorgang aus, beispielsweise maximieren Sie den Programm- Manager in Windows 3.1, Explorer in Windows 95lNT oder Finder auf einem Macintosh. W&rend des Einstellungsvorgangs erscheint �DOING� auf dem Bildschirm und in der Zeile unten wird der Fortschritt angezeigt. Wenn die Einstellung abgeschlossen ist, erscheint �DONE� auf dem Bildschirm. Wlhrend der Einstellung kann der Bildschirm undeutlich oder verzent erscheinen. Bitte fiihren Sie jedoch keine Anderungen am Videomodus des Computers durch, schalten den Computer aus oder trennen das Monitorkabel ab, solange die automatische Einstellung durchgefihrt wird. Wenn die automatische Einstellung nicht erfolgreich war und abgebrochen wird, erscheint �FAILED� auf dem Bildschirm. Drticken Sie in diesem Fall die BACK Taste, urn zum vorherigen Bildschirm zuriickzukehren, und wiederholen Sie dann die automatische Einstellung. Wenn die automatische Einstellung such nach mehreren Versuchen nicht erfolgreich ist, mtissen Sie die Einstellung gegebenenfalls von Hand durchftihren. Bitte beachten Sie, dal3 die automatische Einstellung nur ftir einen Videomodus von 4 bis 13 mijglich ist (siehe �Videomodi� auf Seite 33). Manchmal kann die Einstellung weniger zurfriedenstellende Ergebnisse verursachen, selbst wenn das oben genannte Verfahren befolgt wird. Wenn die Ergebnisse nicht optimal sind, ftihren Sie die Einstellung bitte von Hand in der auf den nlchsten Seiten beschriebenen Weise durch.
