It paid to find this Service Manual, couldn't find it anywhere else. Exactly what I wanted. Received within 24 hours.

Complete manual with clear schematic diagrams and printed circuit board layouts of two variants of the headset and the transmitter an old and a new version.
Also shows how the headset and the transmitter is opened and how transmitter and receivers can be adjusted and where to measure.
I had no problems to repair the headset using this service manual.

This is a great site. I placed my order and by the next am it was available for download. Had some problems with some missing copy on some pages. Once I brought the error to the OMC's attention, the issue was resolved. I'll come back again.

Yes Is the serial data and the clock signal supplied to Pin(37,38) of IC451? Yes Is the "L" pulse inputted into the Pin(49) of IC451? Yes Is the sub carrier signal (3.58 MHz) inputted to Pin(51) of IC451? Yes Is the audio signal outputted to Pin(78,80) of IC451? Yes Is the audio signal inputted into Pin(3,13) of IC752? Yes Is the audio signal outputted to Pin(4,14) of IC752? Yes No Is approximately 5V voltage supplied to Pin(16) of IC752, and approximately -5V voltage supplied to Pin(7) of IC752? Is the "H" pulse inputted into the Pins(9,10,11) of IC752? Yes Replace IC752. Is the audio signal outputted to Pin(4,14) of IC751? Yes Check the line between Pin(4,14) of IC751 and the audio output terminal (JK751), and service it if defective. No No Replace IC501.
Is approximately 5V voltage supplied to Pin(16) of IC751, and approximately -5V voltage supplied to Pin(7) of IC751? No Yes Check the AL+5V line and the AL-30V line (R777,D777), and service it if defective.
Is the "H" pulse inputted into the Pins(9,10,11) of IC751? Yes No Replace IC751. Replace IC501.
