Check connection at RCA Cable.

Is there Yes waveform at pin 93 of IC4001 about 3.3Vp-p ?
Check Q8005 and peripheral circuit.

Change IC4001.

Is there AUDIO signal at pins 1 and 7 of IC8003 ?
Yes
Check J8003 and peripheral circuit.

Is there AUDIO signal at C8051 and C8053 ?

Check AT pins 116 and 118 of IC4001
