Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

Reprodução básica
1 Aperte a tecla POWER ON/OFF no painel frontal. 2 Aperte a tecla OPEN/CLOSE no painel frontal para abrir a gaveta de disco. 3 Coloque o disco desejado na gaveta com o rótulo impresso para cima. 4 Para fechar a gaveta, aperte OPEN/ CLOSE novamente. � Depois de reconhecer o disco, o DVD player começa a reproduzi-lo automaticamente.
Controle do vÃdeo durante a reprodução
STOP 1 Pode-se reiniciar a reprodução a partir do ponto em que a mesma foi interrompida; para tanto basta pressionar a tecla STOP uma vez. Se você pressionou a tecla STOP duas vezes para parar a reprodução, ela vai ser reiniciada desde o começo. PAUSE/STEP 1 Para conseguir uma imagem parada, pressione a tecla PAUSE durante a reprodução. 2 Para passar para a próxima imagem, pressione a tecla PAUSE novamente. 3 Para reiniciar a reprodução normal, pressione a tecla PLAY. Busca Rápida 1 Para fazer uma busca de conteúdo em alta velocidade, pressione a tecla 1 ou 2 para avançar ou retroceder rapidamente. 2 Pressione a tecla 1 ou 2 novamente para aumentar a velocidade de busca. 3 Pressione a tecla PLAY para reiniciar a reprodução normal. Câmera lenta 1 Para ter o efeito de câmera lenta durante uma reprodução, pressione a tecla 3 ou 4. 2 Pressione 3 ou 4 novamente para ter uma velocidade de avanço ou retrocesso diferente. 3 Pressione a tecla PLAY para reiniciar a reprodução normal. 9
Notas: � A opção AUTO só pode ser selecionada quando for usada uma TV que tenha os sistemas NTSC e PAL. � Devido a essa conversão, pode haver pequenas distorções na imagem. Isso é normal. Por isso, o formato AUTO é o mais adequado para se obter a melhor qualidade de imagem.

Ligar o aparelho
1 Ligue a TV e o DVD player. 2 Ajuste a TV no canal Video IN correto. (ex.: EXT1, EXT2, AV1, AV2, AUDIO/ VIDEO, etc.Para mais detalhes, consulte o manual da TV) â�� O display do DVD player acende e a tela padrão aparece na TV. 3 Se estiver usando um equipamento externo (ex.: um equipamento de som ou receptor), ligue-o e selecione a fonte de entrada apropriada usada para conectar na saÃda do DVD player. Para mais detalhes, consulte o manual do equipamento em questão.
Uso do controle remoto
� Aponte o controle remoto na direção do sensor no DVD player. � Não deixe o controle remoto cair ou sofrer pancadas. � Não deixe o controle remoto em ambiente muito quente o úmido. � Não molhe ou coloque algo úmido no controle remoto.
Notas: â�� Os discos DVD podem ter um código de região. Seu DVD player não pode reproduzir discos com um código de região diferente do dele. â�� Se a função 'Disc Lock' (Bloqueio de disco) estiver ativada (ON) e o disco usado não puder ser reproduzido, devese digitar o código de 4 dÃgitos e/ou autorizar a reprodução do disco (consulte 'Bloqueio de disco').
