Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.
Barra de menú
¶ ¶ ¶ ¶ Algunas operaciones pueden realizarse a través de la barra de menú de la pantalla del televisor. La barra de menú se activa pulsando las teclas de cursor del mando a distancia. Pulse SYSTEM MENU para desactivar la barra de menú. La opción seleccionada quedará resaltada, y debajo del icono aparecerán las teclas de cursor que controlan la función. La indicación < o > advierte de la existencia de más opciones a un lado u otro de la barra de menú. Pulse t or u para seleccionar estas opciones.
Idioma de subtÃtulos Puede elegir entre varios idiomas. Los subtÃtulos se visualizarán en el idioma elegido, siempre que esté disponible en el disco en curso. De lo contrario, los subtÃtulos aparecerán en el primer idioma de subtÃtulos del disco. Formato TV Si la pantalla del televisor es panorámica (16:9), seleccione 16:9. Si la pantalla es normal (4:3), seleccione 4:3. En este caso, también puede seleccionar las siguientes opciones: â��Buzónâ��, visión panorámica con franjas negras en las partes superior e inferior de la imagen, o â��Panorámicaâ��, imagen en toda su altura con los laterales cortados. Si el formato es admitido por el disco, la imagen se visualizará en dicho formato. PaÃs Seleccione el código de su paÃs. Este código se utiliza para el acceso a la función â��Control Parentalâ�� (Véase â��Control de accesoâ��). Observación: â�� Todas estas opciones quizás haya que ajustarlas después del primer encendido (inicialización). Posteriormente, siempre se podrán modificar en el menú de Preferencias Personalizado.

Inicialización
General
En la inicialización, quizá tenga que definir sus preferencias en algunas de las opciones del reproductor (no aplicable en
todos los modelos)
Procedimiento
Después de encender el reproductor por primera vez, aparecerá la pantalla de inicialización. Se visualizará el menú de la primera función ajustable, y quedará resaltada la primera opción. ¶ ¶ Utilice los botones w/v para recorrer las opciones del menú. El icono de la opción seleccionada aparecerá resaltado. Utilice OK para confirmar la selección y acceder al siguiente menú. Observación:: � Las preferencias deben definirse en el orden en que aparezcan los menús en la pantalla. � La pantalla de Inicialización sólo desaparecerá cuando se hayan confirmado los ajustes de la última opción. � Si se pulsan otros botones distintos de w v u OK, en la pantalla aparecerá � � Si se apaga el reproductor durante el ajuste de las Preferencias Personalizado, será preciso definir todas de nuevo cuando se vuelva a encender la unidad. Las siguientes opciones son ajustables en la inicialización: Idioma de menús Puede elegir entre varios idiomas. Los menús de pantalla se visualizarán en el idioma admitido por el reproductor. Idioma de sonido Puede elegir entre varios idiomas. El sonido se emitirá en el idioma elegido, siempre que esté disponible en el disco en curso. De lo contrario, los diálogos se reproducirán en el primer idioma de audio del disco.
