Actually, I was looking for this information for 3 years!...now thanks to you, the manual is on my hands and of great help, cause I understand now where I was doing wrong connections and wires...excellent, I'll be back to you if in need, thank you.

This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

POWER (G)/CHARGE (R) Lamp The POWER (G)/CHARGE (R) lamp lights red while charging is in progress, and flashes red when the battery pack is fully charged.
Important!
Make sure that the Players power is turned off before attaching or detaching the AC adapter. A battery pack that is attached to the Player does not charge while the Player is turned on. Turn power off in order to charge the battery pack. Before storing a battery pack, fully discharge it by using it to power Player operation. At least every six months, charge a stored battery pack and use it to power the Player.
The battery pack becomes warm when charging. This is normal and does not indicate abnormality. If the POWER (G)/CHARGE (R) lamp flashes red at high speed or does not light red when charging, it could mean the battery pack is faulty. See Troubleshooting on page 103.
Using the AC adapter with the battery pack You can charge the battery pack while it is attached to the Player by connecting the AC adapter to the Player and turning off Player power. The Player is powered by the AC adapter if you turn it on under the above conditions. The battery pack is not charged while Player power is turned on.
