YES Is CTL pulse output at pin 97 of IC 601? NO CTL HEAD height is normal and there is not dust? NO Adjust the HEAD height and remove dust. Check circuit adjacent to IC 601
YES The voltage of pin 6 of IC 601 not changing? YES Playback picture Check IC 601 is not good NO
