At $5,00 certainly good bang for your buck. Includes electric schematics as well as exploded parts view + parts list for reordering. Unfortunately no details on the PCB contents or working, but then again, this is not overly complex. Best bonus: this manual does contain the heavily searched for LED error codes as well as descriptions for test operation. Haven't gotten around to fixing the machine yet, one thing the manual won't do for you is getting it out of the kitchen assembly :-(

It`s not your fault tear down is rather incomplete. It doesn`t have complete instructions as to deconstruction for repair.

Disc error has occurred. Finalizing is not complete.
Cause/condition for message to appear
Appears when the disc could not be �nalized because it was dirty. Appears if accident, such as power off, has occurred during �nalizing.
Troubleshooting
Refer to �4-3-5 Cleaning disc and optical pickup� and clean the disc. Or replace the disc. Set the power switch to � OFF� and reconnect the AC adapter/charger; then set the power switch to �Movie� and start �nalizing again. Or press the DISC EJECT button, reload the disc, and then execute �nalizing. Replace the disc.

If the message still appears even when the disc has been cleaned and �nalized again and again, the disc may be defective. Appears when reading or writing from/to recorded �le cannot be performed because the disc is dirty. Appears when a DVD-RAM/DVD-RW/ +RW initialized on PC, etc., or a card whose initialization was suspended before, is loaded. Appears when the disc could not be normally formatted because it was dirty.
Refer to �4-3-5 Cleaning disc and optical pickup� and clean the disc. Or replace the disc. Choose �YES� and designate it to initialize the DVD-RAM/DVD-RW/ +RW (deleting all recorded data).

Also appears when a warped or distorted Replace the disc. disc was loaded, or a logically damaged disc whose formatting was suspended is loaded. Appears if a problem has occurred Exit the Disc Navigation function during editing of movie �le. and set the power switch to �OFF� with the disc loaded; then reconnect the AC adapter/charger and set the power switch to �Movie� or �Disc Still� (The DVD video camera/ recorder will automatically repair the video �le.)
