I'm so glad I was able to find a site to download my missing manuals. Very reasonable prices and they kept me informed about the process and I had my manual within less than a day. The only thing I wish was an option is a 100% English version with no spanish or anything. But overall great site.
The manual is complete with excellent quality! One suggestion, show number of pages and weather it is multi-lingual. The AD 600 Manuel is about 76 pages and over half is non English. This results in a larger print job than usually needed. Having this information, one could select the desired pages for printing.
This is an excellent handbook. We had no information on the appliance until we obtained this and are now able to use the appliance to its full potential. Strongly recommended.

Important to know
If the hood is run at the same time as a burner or fireplace that depend on ambient air (for example gas, Diesel, coal or wood heaters, water heaters, etc.) be careful, because the hood, when it exhausts the air, removes the ambient air required by the burner or fireplace for combustion. Not valid if the cooker hood is used in recirculation mode.
Maintenance
Before performing any maintenance operation, disconnect the hood from the electricity.
Grease filter
This serves to hold the grease particles in suspension. The metal filter should be washed every month with warm soapy water or, if possible, in the dishwasher (60°C). To remove: q Open the grid (A - fig. 7). q Remove the stops (fig. 11). Leave to dry before refitting it. Clean the grid too as well as the grease filter.

Carbon filter
This filter dissolves cooking odours. It should be changed every 4-5 months in normal use. The carbon filter must never be washed. In order to remove it turn the filter anti-clockwise until it becomes unhooked from its seat. (Fig. 9).
Attention
Failure to observe the rules for cleaning the appliance and changing and cleaning the filters may cause fires. Therefore, we recommend observing these instructions.
Cleaning
To clean the outside of the hood use a cloth moistened with denatured alcohol or neutral liquid detergents. Never use products containing abrasives.
Changing the lighting elements
q Disconnect the hood from the electricity. q Open the grid (Fig. 7). q Replace the damaged part with one of equal rating. 7
