The manual was complete and of great quality. Originally a tri-lingual file, I first received only one language. After a note to owners-manuals.com, I quickly received the remaining languages... Great service, definitely worth it.

Thank you for providing this manual and at low cost.
The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.

The manual was made available promptly. I is a clean scan of the original. I had no problem downloading it. The scan was well centered and cleanly formatted. It is as good a product as can be had without being the original document.

KUNDENDIENST
Bevor Sie den Kundendienst rufen: 1. Versuchen Sie, die Störung selbst zu beheben (siehe �Störung-Was tun?) 2. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und wieder ein, um festzustellen, ob die Störung erneut auftritt. Falls die Störung nach den o.g. Kontrollen weiterhin bestehen bleibt oder erneut auftritt, rufen Sie bitte den Kundendienst. Geben Sie dabei stets an: � eine kurze Beschreibung der Störung. � Gerät und Modellnummer � Die Servicenummer (Nummer hinter dem Wort �Service� auf dem Typenschild) befindet sich auf der Unterseite der Kochmulde oder im Blatt zur Produktbeschreibung. Die Servicenummern finden Sie auch im Garantieheft. � Ihre vollständige Anschrift und Telefonnummer mit Vorwahl.
Fordern Sie für Reparaturen mit Garantieanspruch ausschlie�lich den Eingriff der Zugelassenen Kundendienststellen der Herstellerfirma an, wie in den Garantiebedingungen vorgeschrieben. Sollten Sie hingegen Techniker in Anspruch nehmen, die nicht den vom Hersteller zugelassenen Kundendienststellen angehören, lassen Sie sich eine Bescheinigung über den ausgeführten Eingriff ausstellen und stellen Sie sicher, dass Originalersatzteile der Herstellerfirma verwendet wurden. Diese einfachen Regeln sollten Sie zur Gewährleistung von Qualität und Produktsicherheit unbedingt befolgen.
