Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner.
Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better.
Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.

Manual Defrosting
Example: To Manually Defrost at 70W for 8 minutes
1. Press the power button X 5. 2. Press the � 1 Min � X 8 3. Press the start button. 4. The Oven will start cooking for 8 minutes at 70W
Automatic Defrost By Weight
Auto Defrost by Weight is an accurate defrosting method for frozen meat, poultry or fish. The plus or minus keys are used to increase or decrease the required weight. No other changes to the programmes are possible, so if necessary, cancel and re-programme as required.
The maximum amount of food which may be thawed on Auto Defrost is 2kg and the minimum weight is 0.2kg.
Note: Pressing the + key will increase the required weight from 0.2Kg to 2.0Kg. Pressing the - key will decrease the required weight from 2.0Kg to 0.2Kg
Example: To defrost 500g of food:
1. Press the + key X 5 2. Press Start. 3. The Oven will Automatically select the correct time and power to Defrost 500g of food.
