 SX-PR100 TECHNICS Owner's Manual by Bob Anderson;
This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

Slide the on/off switch and then epilate. Foam makes the epilator slide better, so you may move it fast. Make sure the epilator is applied at a right angle to your skin and press gently while moving it slowly. Always wash the discs well after use to remove any residual soap. 1Dry epilation You can also epilate without wetting your skin or the discs.

For best epilation results
Apply the epilator at a right angle to your skin and press gently while moving it slowly against the hair growth. (Fig. 2) We recommend trimming hairs before epilating for the first time if you have not epilated for a long time. When using the appliance on areas where the skin is prone to sagging (on the inside of the knees and elbows), pull and stretch the skin so that it is tight. Rub your skin to lift short hairs. We strongly recommend that you do not use for hairs longer than 5 mm. We recommend epilating in the evening at first so any possible reddening can disappear overnight. Cool the skin with a cold towel if you feel pain or there is a rash. We recommend regular use of massage sponges or exfoliation to prevent ingrown hairs. 1Moving the appliance correctly (Fig. 3/4) With the epilation head frame for legs/arms (B) 1Legs: Upwards from the bottom of the leg. 2Arms: Inwards from the outside of the arm. 3Upper arms: Upwards from the bottom of the upper arms. With the epilation head frame for underarms/bikini line (D) 4Underarms: Move in several directions as underarm hair grows in different directions. 5Bikini line: Move the epilator slowly against the hair growth while stretching your skin. Always use only in the shaded area.
