Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

VIDANGE DE L�EAU R�SIDUELLE
Quand faut-il vidanger l�eau résiduelle (problème de vidange)? � Avant de transporter (déplacer) la machine. � Lorsque l'appareil est installé dans une pièce exposée au gel. Il est préférable dans ce cas de vidanger la machine après chaque lavage. 1. �teignez l'appareil et débranchez-le. 2. Fermez le robinet, déconnectez le tuyau d'arrivée d'eau de la machine et laissez couler l�eau dans un récipient. 3. Ouvrez le filtre, laissez couler l�eau dans un petit récipient peu profond et refermez le filtre. 4. Dégagez le tuyau de vidange, puis ouvrez le clip de fixation à l'arrière de la machine (voir la flèche A). 5. Laissez toute l�eau résiduelle s'écouler dans un récipient peu profond. 6. Attendez que l�eau soit totalement écoulée. 7. Fixez de nouveau le tuyau de vidange avec le clip A et reconnectez-le au puisard. 8. Rebranchez le tuyau d'arrivée d'eau et la prise de courant. Remarque importante : � Après avoir vidangé l�eau résiduelle, vissez le tuyau d'arrivée d'eau de la machine à la main. Vérifiez l'étanchéité des raccordements de l'appareil en ouvrant le robinet à fond.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Bac à produits
1. Enfoncez les boutons de chaque côté du bac à produits. 2. Tirez le bac à produits vers vous et retirez-le. Il reste parfois un peu d'eau dans le bac à produits. C'est pourquoi il est recommandé de transporter le bac à produits en position verticale. 3. Lavez le bac à produits à l�eau courante. Vous pouvez également retirer les bouchons du siphon du bac à produits, afin des les nettoyer. 4. Replacez les bouchons du siphon dans le bac à produits (le cas échéant). Vérifiez qu'ils sont bien en place. 5. Replacez le bac à produits en plaçant les ergots inférieurs dans les trous du couvercle et faites pivoter jusqu'à ce que les deux boutons supérieurs s'encliquettent. Remarque : vérifiez que le bac à produits est réinstallé correctement.
