Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.
Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.
An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

Placering
Vaskemaskinen skal helst placeres i et rum med gulvafløb, ellers bør den placeres på en vandtæt bakke. Vaskemaskinen placeres på et fast og plant underlag. Trægulve kan godt fjedre, hvorfor det tilrådes at lægge en massiv træplade under maskinen. Hvis maskinen opstilles på en sokkel eller lign., skal den sikres, evt. forankres, så den ikke kan falde ned. Vær opmærksom på, at maskinen ikke opstilles for tæt på vægge, køkkenelementer eller lign. Hvis vandtilførsel og el-udtag ikke er i nærheden af, hvor maskinen ønskes placeret, anbefales det at kontakte en VVS-mand og/eller elektriker for at få foretaget en flytning.
Den anden ende af tilførselsslangen, som er forbundet til maskinen, kan drejes i alle retninger. Spændingsmøtrikken løsnes, slangen drejes, og møtrikken spændes til igen.

Tilførselsslangen må ikke tilsluttes en anden tilførselsslange. Hvis slangen er for kort, og De ikke ønsker at flytte hanen, udskiftes slangen komplet med en længere højtryksslange, der er specielt beregnet til at afhjælpe problemer af denne art.
Nivellering
Vaskemaskinen opstilles på sin plads og justeres derefter omhyggeligt ved at indstille de justerbare ben, så maskinen står helt plant (vandret). Det anbefales at gøre dette meget omhyggeligt, da maskinen ellers kan ryste og støje, mens den arbejder.
Vandafløb
Enden af afløbsslangen kan placeres på tre måder: Over kanten af en vask: I dette tilfælde skal De sikre Dem, at slangen ikke kan bevæge sig, når vandet skylles ud. Den kan for eksempel fastgøres til væggen med en krog, eller bindes fast til hanen med et bånd.

Vandtilførsel
Tilslut vandtilførselsslangen på hanen med et 1/2� rørgevind. Brugte slanger må ikke anvendes til maskinens vandtilførsel.
Direkte til et afløbsrør: De bør anvende et lodret rør, der er 65 cm langt; det bør aldrig være kortere end 60 cm eller længere end 90 cm. Afløbsslangens endestykke skal altid være ventileret, dvs. rørets indvendige diameter skal være bredere end afløbsslangens udvendige diameter.
