Everything is OK. Owner's Manual I downloaded ( I get link for it by email).

The only reason I gave this less than 4 stars, is because it shouldn't take 24 hrs to have the download available. I was surprised to find that I had to wait until the next day to be able to download the manual that I paid for.
The manual itself is the correct manual.

Fehlerbehebung Die Saugleistung ist unzureichend. �berprüfen Sie, ob der Saugleistungsregler auf der höchsten Stufe steht. Möglicherweise ist der Filter verschmutzt. Reinigen Sie ihn. Möglicherweise sind andere Filter verschmutzt. Reinigen Sie diese oder wechseln Sie sie aus. Möglicherweise ist die Düse, das Saugrohr oder der Saugschlauch verstopft. Die Verstopfung können Sie beseitigen, indem Sie - soweit möglich - das betroffene Teil verkehrt herum anschlie�en. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, und blasen Sie in der umgekehrten Richtung Luft hindurch (Abb. 36). 2 Der Staubbehälter lässt sich nicht schlie�en. - Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie den Filter richtig in das Filtergehäuse eingesetzt haben. 1 -
