Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

Cuando ubique el aparato asegúrese que esté bien nivelado. Esto se puede conseguir por medio de las dos patas niveladoras (1) situadas en la parte inferior delantera del aparato.
En la bolsa de accesorios se incluyen dos distanciadores para colocarlos en los agujeros practicados en la parte posterior del aparato. Introducir los distanciadores en los agujeros, procurando que la flecha (A) se encuentre como en la Fig., luego girarla 45° (flecha vertical) para conseguir un enganche correcto. No sitúe el aparato en un lugar muy soleado o junto a un radiador o cocina. Si esto es inevitable y tiene que ser situado junto a una cocina, debido a la distribución de los muebles, tenga en cuenta las distancias mÃnimas siguientes: En el caso de una cocina eléctrica o de gas se debe dejar una distancia mÃnima de 3 cm entre ambos aparatos. Cuando esto no sea posible se debe poner un aislante no inflamable de por lo menos 0,5 - 1 cm entre ambos aparatos. En el caso de estufas de fuel o carbón la distancia debe ser de 30 cm ya que estas desprenden mas calor. El frigorÃfico esta diseñado para funcionar empujado totalmente contra una pared. Cuando ubique el aparato mantenga las distancias mÃnimas recomendadas en la ilustración. A: Ubicación debajo de un armario de cocina. B: Ubicación sin muebles circundantes

Cambio del sentido de apertura de la puerta
Si debido a la ubicación o necesidades de manejo del aparato fuese necesaria cambiar el sentido de apertura de la puerta, ésta se puede cambiar de izquierda a derecha. Se deben seguir los siguientes pasos en base a las ilustraciones e instrucciones que a continuación se detallan: Desenchufe el aparato de la red eléctrica. Incline hacia atrás el aparato con cuidado de que el compresor no toque el suelo. Se recomienda que otra persona le ayude para mantener el aparato en ésta posición de modo seguro. Desenrosque las dos patas niveladoras situadas a ambos lados (2 unidades),
