This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.
HOOKUP
Your FPS-1000�s are packaged with special flat speaker wire. When connecting your FPS-1000�s with this wire, make sure to use correct polarity for the + and � connections. We suggest using the ribbed conductor for the positive terminal. See Figure 1.

The flat speaker wire allows you to neatly run the wire down/up the wall to your speakers (see Figure 2). The wires can be painted to better blend in with your decor.

Your FPS-1000�s come with four keyhole mounting locations at the rear corners of the enclosures. NOTE: The customer is responsible for the correct selection and use of mounting hardware (available through hardware stores) that is necessary for the safe and proper wall mounting of the speakers.
