Can the base and handset be connected ?

See 3, the base and handset can�t connect.

While in Talk Mode press dial key of the handset, can pulse feedback be heard from the handset receiver.

By using voltmeter, check base BU3.
OK
Check the base TEL-Line network primary circuit.

At PIN5 of BT1 of the base, can the Tone wave output be seen?
