Very comprehensive document which is a must-have for any Satellit 2100 owner whose set up is somewhat intricate. Due to the bad quality of the pictures that are rather dark and a bit blurred I gave 4-star feedback.

The manual was missing 2 pages but when I presented the problem to the company they made every attempt to get the 2 pages to me, when they couldn't they refunded my money. A very pleasing and easy transaction. The manual they provided was the original, it was concise and to the point. I plan to do business with this company again when should the need arise.

Question Why does the iron stay cold, although I have plugged it in? Answer There may be a connection problem. Check the mains cord, the plug and the wall socket.
The temperature control may have been set to the lowest position. Set the temperature control to the required position. Why doesn�t the iron produce any steam? There may not be enough water in the water tank. Fill the water tank (see chapter �Preparing for use�). The steam control may have been set to position O (no steam). Set the steam control to position \. Continue ironing and wait a while before using the steam boost function again. The iron may have been stored horizontally with water still left in the water tank. Empty the water tank and set the steam control to position O (no steam) after use.
