The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

Reinigung und Pflege
Bitte auf einwandfrei gereinigte Topfböden achten. Sie können einen Metallknäuel und ein Glaskeramikreinigungsmittel (z.B SigolinChrom) verwenden. Topfboden gut nachspülen. Die Reinigung des Kochfeldes ist viel einfacher, da sich beim Kochen keine Schmutzrückstände vom Topfboden lösen und auf das Kochfeld übertragen (einbrennen) können.
Kochfeld
Achtung: Das Kochfeld darf nur im handwarmen oder kalten Zustand gereinigt werden. Dieser Zustand ist erreicht, wenn die Restwärmeanzeigen erloschen sind. Reinigungsmittel dürfen nicht auf die heisse Glaskeramikfläche gelangen! Alle Reinigungsmittel müssen nach der Reinigung mit ausreichend klarem Wasser entfernt werden, da sie beim Wiederaufheizen ätzend wirken können! Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel, wie z.B. Grill- oder Backofensprays, grobe Scheuermittel bzw. kratzende Topfreiniger. Reinigen Sie die Glaskeramik-Kochfläche nach jedem Gebrauch, wenn sie noch handwarm oder kalt ist. So vermeiden Sie das Festbrennen von Verschmutzungen. Kalk- und Wasserränder, Fettspritzer und metallisch schimmernde Verfärbungen mit einem handelsüblichen Glaskeramikreiniger entfernen, z.B. mit «Sidol-Edelstahlglanz», «StahlFix», «WK-Top», «Sigolin Chrom» oder «Cillit».
Leichte Verschmutzungen
1. Glaskeramikfläche mit einem feuchten Tuch und ein wenig Handspülmittel abwischen. 2. Anschliessend mit einem sauberen Tuch trockenreiben. Es dürfen keine Reinigungsmittelrückstände auf der Oberfläche verbleiben. 3. Die gesamte Glaskeramikfläche einmal in der Woche mit einem handelsüblichen Glaskeramikreiniger gründlich reinigen. 4. Danach die Glaskeramikfläche mit ausreichend klarem Wasser abwischen und mit einem sauberen fusselfreien Tuch trockenreiben.
