Manual was just as described!!! I odered it and in less than a day was able to download it and the text was clear and pages were all complete just as the original manual was. Purcashed this for a friend and they were more than happy. Perfect all around!

The manual I purchased was exactly what I needed to repair my Toshica television. The manual contained schematics and troubleshooting information that was very helpful.

The Service Manual was just as expected, complete with schematics and I was able to download it in less than an hour after I ordered it. The only problem with these is that the schematics are hard to read due to the small font. I could remedy this by printing them on a larger printer.
5-1 Troubleshooting (GY15MS*)
Notes: 1. Before troubleshooting, setup the PC�s display as below. � Resolution: 1024 x 768 � H-frequency: 61 kHz � V-frequency: 75 Hz 2. If no picture appears, make sure the power cord is correctly connected. 3. Check the following circuits. � No raster appears: Stand PCB, Main PCB � 14V develop but no screen: Main PCB � 14V does not develop: Main PCB 4. If you push and hold the Exit for more than 5 seconds, the monitor automatically turns back to the factory preset.

Does proper DC 14V appear at DC jack and Pin 1 of CN201? Yes Does proper DC 5V, DC 3.3V appear at Pin 2 of IC201, and Pin 3 of IC202? Yes Does proper DC 1.8V appear at Pin 4 of IC204? Yes Does proper 5.0V appear at Pin 5, 6 of IC401 and Pin 7, 8 of IC401? (DC 3.3V (DPMS_ON Pin 2 and 4 (OFF_SW) of IC401 must be low level) Yes Check IC402. No No Check IC204 and related circuit. No Check IC201, IC202 and related circuit. No Check signal cable and power adaptor and CN201.
Check IC401, IC114 and related circuit.
