Manual was delivered in a timely manner and was all in English as advertised. The manuals I received when we moved into our flat were in German, Italian, and French. Having never used a steamer before, and not speaking/reading German very well, I needed an English Manual. this was a huge help.

This GRUNDIG UV5A Owner Manual is not only an instruction manual but a total functional circuit description of the Multimeter and includes circuit diagram at the end pages. It is very helpful for repairing and calibrating the instrument. It is written in two languages English and German for international support. It was very easy to repair my unit with this document. Les fluctuations de la tension artérielle peuvent être de 30 à 50 mmHg selon les événements de la journée. Habituellement, la tension artérielle s'élève lors du travail ou d'un exercice, et atteint son niveau le plus bas durant le sommeil. Il n'y a donc pas lieu de s'alarmer si une mesure indique que votre tension artérielle est plus élevée que d'habitude. Des fluctuations de 30mmHg peuvent se produire à quelques minutes d'intervalle.
Pourquoi mesurer la tension artérielle chez soi?
La mesure occasionnelle de la tension artérielle effectuée par un médecin n'est pas toujours une bonne représentation de votre tension artérielle véritable. Il est possible que la tension artérielle d'un sujet soit plus élevée lorsqu'elle est prise par un médecin que lorsqu'elle est prise chez soi, car les sujets ont tendance à être plus tendus.
