Well.. I'd searched for this manual and although I found many copies online I was pleased to find your website with a well balanced pricing system and easy to search and follow links. That together with the very quick response time was just what I was looking for.. being a very impatient tech.. ;-) I had the service manual in front of me within a short time.

The service manual when downloaded and printed out was clear and easy to read. I would have liked to have been able to enlarge some details, but this was not possible as the file permissions did not allow this. The service was very good. The time taken from placing my order to downloading the document was only a few minutes.

Refer to Service Manual 4822 729 21818 MODIFICATION 1 IRON : HI 510 only Inlay pos. 6 Instead of 4822 310 11023 you now have to order 4822 310 11107.
MODIFICATION 2 IRON : HI 510, HI 520, HI 530 and HI 540 Control buttons pos. 7 To improve the functioning of the shot-of-steam and spray buttons (pos. 106 and 107), these buttons and the handle (pos. 15) have been redesigned. This change has been implemented with effect from week 9747. For proper replacement of these components, proceed in the following way: When produced before week 9747 : order 4822 310 11025 When produced after week 9747 : order 4822 310 11127 Handle pos. 15 When produced before week 9747 : also order a new set of control buttons 4822 310 11127.
