Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner.
Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better.
Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.

REHEAT SMART SENSOR AUTO COOK QUICK DEFROST AUTO DEFROST
Use these modes to reheat, cook or defrost foods without entering a cook time, power level or touching START. Touch cook mode and a menu with available food categories, food amounts or weight of foods will scroll in display. Select food category and food weight. Cooking will begin immediately. NOTE: Refer to the Cooking Guide on microwave oven for food categories available in each mode. This feature will change cooking time by 10 seconds. Touch + MORE to add 10 seconds to cooking time. Touch � to subtract 10 seconds from cooking time. Touch PLUS TIME and microwave will operate for 30 seconds at 100% power. Each time PLUS TIME is touched, another 30 seconds is added. Thirty-second time-intervals can be added for a total of 3 minutes and 30 seconds. After 3 minutes and 30 seconds, 1 minute is added each time PLUS TIME is touched; time can be added up to 99 minutes. There is no need to touch START. To set Child Lock, touch STOP/CLEAR once. Touch START and hold until LOCKED appears in the display. To cancel Child Lock, touch START and hold for four seconds until LOCKED disappears from the display.
