The only reason I gave this less than 4 stars, is because it shouldn't take 24 hrs to have the download available. I was surprised to find that I had to wait until the next day to be able to download the manual that I paid for.
The manual itself is the correct manual.

Jos laite ei toimi kunnolla, käy tarkistusluettelo läpi. Jos ongelmaa ei mainita luettelossa, laitteessa on luultavasti vika.Toimita viallinen laite myyjälle tai Philips Kodinkoneiden valtuuttamaan huoltoliikkeeseen.
Ongelma Laite ei käynnisty. Mahdollinen syy Pistotulppa ei ole kunnolla pistorasiassa. Alueella saattaa olla sähkökatko. Lamppu saattaa olla viallinen. Laitteen liitosjohto saattaa olla vaurioitunut. Ratkaisu Työnnä pistotulppa kunnolla pistorasiaan. Kokeile, toimiiko jokin toinen sähkölaite pistorasiassa. Vaihdata lamppu (katso kohtaa Huolto). Tarkista liitosjohto. Jos liitosjohto on vaurioitunut, se on vaihdatettava Philips Kodinkoneiden valtuuttamassa huoltoliikkeessä tai muun ammattitaitoisen henkilön on vaihdettava se vaaratilanteiden välttämiseksi.
