I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

Jos hiustenkuivaimen kanssa tulee ongelmia etkä pysty ratkaisemaan niitä alla olevan tarkistusluettelon avulla, ota yhteys lähimpään Philips Kodinkoneiden valtuuttamaan huoltoliikkeeseen tai Philipsin asiakaspalveluun.
Ongelma Laite ei toimi lainkaan. Ratkaisu Ehkä pistorasiaan, johon laite on yhdistetty, ei tule virtaa: Varmista, että pistorasiaan tulee virta. Laite on saattanut ylikuumentua, jolloin toiminta on katkennut itsestään. Irrota pistotulppa pistorasiasta ja anna laitteen jäähtyä muutama minuutti. Ennen kuin käynnistät laitteen uudelleen, tarkasta ettei ritilään ole kertynyt nukkaa, hiuksia yms. Laite ei ehkä sovi sille jännitteelle, johon se on yhdistetty. Varmista, että laitteen käyttöjännitemerkintä vastaa paikallista verkkojännitettä. Laitteen liitosjohto saattaa olla vaurioitunut. Jos liitosjohto on vaurioitunut, se on aina vaihdatettava Philips Kodinkoneiden valtuuttamassa huoltoliikkeessä.
