I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

Being a user of older radios of many kinds, preferring them over more modern rigs, this manual was invaluable in the programming of my two. I now know for certain what the assorted buttons functions are, and am very grateful to have found this excellent site. Many thanks for your assistance, Tony.

Charging takes approx. 1 hour. You can also shave without charging by connecting the shaver to the mains.

Do not leave the appliance connected to the mains for more than 24 hours. Charging the appliance Charge the appliance when the plug symbol and �00� start to flash on the display. 1 Put the appliance plug in the shaver. 2 Put the powerplug in the wall socket. 3 Remove the powerplug from the wall socket and pull the appliance plug out of the shaver when the battery has been fully charged. Cordless shaving time A fully charged shaver has a cordless shaving time of up to 80 minutes. Using the appliance Shaving 1 Press the on/off button once to switch on the shaver. , The light ring goes on.
2 Move the shaving heads quickly over your skin, making both straight and circular movements. Shaving on a dry face gives the best results. Your skin may need 2 or 3 weeks to get accustomed to the Philips shaving system. 3 Press the on/off button once to switch off the shaver.
