The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

Nettoyage
Nettoyez le plat, le couvercle, le bol du hachoir et le couteau au lave-vaisselle ou à l'eau chaude savonneuse. Il est conseillé de retirer le joint en caoutchouc du hachoir avant de le nettoyer. 2 Le pied du mixeur peut être nettoyé au lave-vaisselle, sous l'eau du robinet, ou bien plongez le protège couteau dans l'eau chaude savonneuse, et laissez tourner l'appareil pendant quelques instants. Le bloc moteur peut être nettoyé avec un chiffon humide. Ne le plongez jamais dans l'eau! 1
